Adventureland 2026: New Rides, Games, and a Double-Decker Carousel | What’s Coming This Season (2026)

Adventureland is gearing up for an exciting 2026 season with the addition of three new rides and two new games. The 64-year-old amusement park, located in Farmingdale, will unveil its plans on March 20, marking the third year of a multi-phase redevelopment project that began in 2024. With a total budget of $10 million, the park aims to complete all five phases by 2028, potentially even sooner.

The highlight of this season is the transformation of the old log flume ride area, Adventure Falls, into Legacy Corner. This space now accommodates three new rides and two new midway games. The old log flume and thrill ride Moon Chaser have been removed to make way for these exciting additions.

One of the new rides, Wave Twister, is a non-water-based attraction designed by Ride Engineers of Switzerland. It features a boomerang-shaped track that spins riders as they move from side to side, creating a unique and thrilling experience. Another new ride, The Ram, is a reimagined pirate ship made by Huss Park Attractions of Germany, offering a fresh take on a classic favorite.

Additionally, Adventureland is introducing two new midway games: Wave Blaster, where players shoot water at targets, and Jungle Run, a ball-rolling game. The park also plans to add a new food stand, Legacy Bites, serving bite-sized treats like jumbo pretzels and churros.

Furthermore, Adventureland is replacing its traditional carousel with a new double-decker carousel created by Bertazzon of Italy, which will be handicap accessible and feature a variety of animal rides. The park's admission prices for the 2026 season will see a slight increase, with tickets costing $51.50 (including fees) for ages 2 to 24 and $39.50 for ages 25 and older.

With these exciting additions and ongoing redevelopment, Adventureland promises an unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.
